Annual Pass (Resident and Non-Florida Resident) Pick-Up at Park only?

When you go in the front door if you turn right you will be at the check in desks. If you turn left when you come in the front door you will see the luggage services/concierge and the will call kiosk. It is embedded in the concierge desk area.

I've walked past that a hundred times and never paid any attention. Always had tickets in hand. This is our first year purchasing AP. Thanks.

Lol sorry! Never made it yesterday. I'll swing by sometime this afternoon and get some pics.

Come through the front door and go to the left as Damo stated. The concierge counter will be on your left. All the way at the end (the far right if facing it) is the kiosk.

The will call was not staffed as I got there too late. However, I asked at the front desk and was told yes. Was told the same thing as I was told at RPR.

Just incase we needed any more clarification... Yes indeed you can pick up annual passes at the hotel AS LONG AS you're not a Florida resident. We did it at the Portofino yesterday. His options online were ONLy "ticket window" but you were still able to get it at he hotel.

Thanks Tiny Dancer! Hope you're having a great trip.

Big thank you for this thread. It answered all my "newbie" questions about how to get my tickets when we show up at o'dark thirty for check-in in a few weeks.
One more thing marked as done for the 1st trip to the dark side! There has been so little planning involved it doesn't feel like an Orlando trip.

Yes I find it much easier to relax at the dark side. Don't get me wrong I have fun at the other... Just a bit more of an actually vacation at dark IMO.

Ok, another question- we have to upgrade our annual pass when we go in July (the pass we have now has the blackout dates). Does anyone know if this can be done at the hotel (we're staying at Sapphire), or is this something that needs to be done at the customer service booths before you enter the park? I know with Sapphire not open yet, no one knows what there set up will be, but just wondering from past experiences. thanks!
