Just booked this for next Saturday - we've missed seeing Illuminations our past couple of trips. I'm definitely looking forward to not having to "fight" for a spot. That - and pina coladas? Happy, happy...

Sorry if this has been answered or discussed, but is October 12th full or has it not been released yet? It's the only day on the calendar for that week and it still says no availability.

I would imagine it is now sold out. Keep checking in case someone cancels. I actually made my reservation a few weeks ago, but I forgot to post (& then messed up the date!). Good luck!

Thank you, I will keep looking for a reservation. We had not planned on going to Epcot on the 12th and would have to switch up plans to make it work.

No clue on when, but in the past the Illuminations dessert parties have take place in Nov and Dec.

So glad I found this thread. This totally sold me on the desert party. Hoping to book it on our 4 park challenge day because we can easily check off ride, show, and snack. Wish there was a character at the party! Only problem is the night is already sold out 52 days to get that reservation!!

The reservations for Jingle Bam dessert party have opened up today, so it would make sense for Disney to open November and December here as well, very soon now.. I'm waiting as well!

Yes it is. The difference is that the outdoor tables are for 5 and the indoor tables are for 10.

It seems like this issue (having dates open up as "available" being highlighted in blue and then show "no availability") has been happening a lot when they first release times/dates for events (dessert parties, or even some dining reservation dates). But, on a positive note, this probably means they will be available for booking soon - may take hours or could be in the morning etc... At least there is an idea of what days and times will be available for booking for November.

Also, since I'm still waiting on December dates I have to say that I am very anxious about the day/time availability. Since there is no set pattern for days of the week that the dessert party falls on (since its not every day), I am worried that the dessert party won't be available on the day that we are hoping for -- and, there really isn't any wiggle room since its one of the last reservations we need to make (the other is ROL, but I was anticipating a S, T, TR, S - so I was able to plan ahead to reserve the day). This FEA dessert party has my nerves on edge.

I will definitely stay tuned, as this is something that we really want to experience - particularly in December when they do the holiday illuminations show. Fingers crossed & hoping that its good news - particularly for Christmas eve!!!
