Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

For me, I can’t see any of my FPs (both Extra and regular) on the “My Plans” part of the app. I can see them if I click “Get FP+” - they are all there and I can modify the regular ones, can’t modify the Extra ones (just like the web page).

I am not sure why they don’t show up on the “My Plans” part. I have another trip between now and the Extra FP trial trip, and all of my FPs for that trip show up under “My Plans.” So go figure!!! :-)

MDX is of course, quirky sometimes.

ok well that makes me feel better!! Yes I see them when I click "Get FP" but I just thought it was odd that I could see those two fastpasses in my plans but none of the other ones........

lol I have time so I will deal for now :)

Does anyone know if RPC is still doing turn-down service? Any idea what time of day they do it at? Do you have to call and request? Honestly I don't need my bed folded down nicely, but "free" chocolate is chocolate and I always need that.

I know you posted it somewhere but what date were you looking for TSMM ....we are going April 13th - 23rd and CM told me I'll have no problem getting a fast pass for 4/18. I asked him if he could check the system for me because I heard it might be closed that week and not sure how certain he is but he did say that it wont be closed but again not sure how certain he was
Hi- per DSS today, TSMM is still showing NO FP availability 4/14-4/18.

If the AP discounts are better than the discount I currently have (and there is availability for my dates), can I change to that discount and upgrade my park tickets upon arrival? Or would I have to change my reservation to RO and buy the AP now (or upon arrival)?

Hmmm... I have tried to do this but it doesn't seem likely, especially with a package including tickets--- because really, you are "using" the tickets when you upgrade to the AP, so it doesn't seem like they would refund the package. If you have a room only and do tickets separately, you don't need to have the AP yet to book the AP rate, if it opens up--- and they have let me change rooms/rates right up to the day before arrival. Even though the cancel window for room only is supposed to be 5 days they have let me change the day before check in... I have never changed day of though!

I've never had an AP but am considering getting one as I might be taking 1 or 2 more trips later this year. I'm currently booked under the Sun & Fun promo for May (room + tickets package). I know you can book RO under an AP discount and have the AP at check in or buy/activate it shortly after. My question is in regards to having a package already booked. If the AP discounts are better than the discount I currently have (and there is availability for my dates), can I change to that discount and upgrade my park tickets upon arrival? Or would I have to change my reservation to RO and buy the AP now (or upon arrival)?

I don't see why a package would be any different than RO, provided the AP discount is also available for packages. The AP is just required at check-in, and I know that myself and many others have never even been asked to provide it then. If the only available discount is RO, though, then why not switch to the AP RO discount and add tickets separately to be upgraded upon arrival?

Thank you both! Hopefully AP discounts for May will be released soon and then I can check discounts/availability and decide if it's worth changing my current reservation :).

@mickeynut1 - haven’t fully thought through your question but I think a room only reservation would give you more flexibility in your situation when it comes to maybe getting an AP.

They were in early December, and you don’t have to call. It was pretty early when we were there because we were always in the room getting ready for dinner; however, I think the location of your room in the building affects what time it will be??

Thank you! I'm definitely going to give it some thought so I'm ready to make the change once AP discounts are released (should what I want be available at a better discount than what I have now) ;).

This is the BEST, I really LOVE the Minnie vans.

edited to add $150 seems a bit much, more than a limo I think.

Did I read that right... $150 one way? Eh... that’s a lot. $150 both ways and I’d maybe be in favor of this. That’s in the zone of an SUV car service.

We use a car service sometimes and I personally struggle with the car seat part of that decision. You get a wide variety of quality in terms of the car seat and the installation, and sometimes it really pushes my comfort zone as a parent.

I’ve been incredibly impressed with the car seat installations in the Minnie Vans so far. They are nice Graco seats and the CMs seem legitimately trained in how to size/install it appropriate to the child.

Don’t really like that this could take away from Minnie Vans on site, which are already in short supply sometimes.

The liability involved with going off-site must be nuts!

Sorry for the rambling!

Double fancy Mickey mail today...

I feel like Charlie Brown going to the mailbox on valentine's day and getting nothing! I've not been contacted via phone or mail. I know everyone says you don't always get a notification but it shouldn't be that hard to maintain consistency. But just like Charlie Brown, I keep checking my mailbox! :)
