Confirmed: Prices for Tickets and Passes going up on 2/11/2018

Welp, these prices aren’t too terrible, but not worth the price for me in regards to how crowded the parks have been. I was already thinking of not renewing, and I won’t. I don’t expect people to stop going for the price increase and to me it isn’t worth the price of the signature for my whole family. I honestly don't think the payment plan or anything to the sorts will fix the problem. I will enjoy the next 7 months the best I can and have my little one enjoy it, but honestly, it has become hard as it is hard to get through the parks already.

I’m confused by this. I wonder if it just hasn’t updated yet. Or if the price will remain the same for now for AP holders?
I think that person may have been looking at a 2 day ticket or tickets for more than 1 person. I've flipped through the purchase page for a ticket for 1 person and it's still coming up as $10/day.

I think it’s priced us out...or at least what I’m willing to pay. We live in NorCal and we usually get AP’s every other year and make 2-4 trips during that year. I was planning on buying them in April. Oops, should’ve bought them last week!
If we lived in SoCal we’d definitely have them because we could go more.
I’m scared of the crowds post-Star Wars anyway. That’s why I was hoping to have a year of Disney before then! I totally understand them increasing their pricing to what the market can bear.
On a side note, I was in the Bay Area last week and saw a billboard for the So-Cal ticket offer (or maybe it was the SoCal AP). Either way, it was for a SoCal only product. I have no idea the purpose of that, as so many NorCal-ers have passes or go often and would love to see a CA discount instead of a SoCal only discount. That baffled me..thanks for rubbing it in our faces, lol!

You may be right. She’s deleted the screenshot showing $20. And deleted the same info she had on facebook. So hopefully no price increase for maxpass

Just saw this in an email I got from Mouse Savers:

Wow, this may be the most disappointing part for me. I paid $799 for my last signature, and will now have to pay $999 in September? I don't think I'll be able to do that. I wanted to continue to renew to get the renewal discount and keep my photopass, but I'm going to have to take a long, hard look at everything when I'm up for renewal.

Monthly payments are still an option at this time.

I just checked LMT Club and the prices are the same as they were on Saturday when I purchased out tickets. I have no idea when the prices will change, but glad to have my tickets in hand. The savings pays for MaxPass at $10 or $20. Hoping for $10!

They will probably change when the run out of stock on the tickets they already have.

I'm very disappointed that I was so close to my renewal window (three or four days) and wasn't able to renew at the old prices. The only thing I MIGHT be able to pull off is renewing my own Signature but only renewing at the Deluxe level for my two kids and dropping DH altogether. So disappointing.

My renewal window has always been at this time. It was perfect. I can renew on the eve of a price increase. February with an expiration in March. But last year they had the 13 month deal. (Whether I wanted it or not)

So, NOW my expiration date is in April. And there’s nothing I can do when I hear of a price increase rumor. But now that that they’ve eliminated a renewal discount, I can just wait til we return.

I know Disney is in the business of making money but at what point do you think they will slow the price increases? But also, people are still paying the astronomical prices to go... the parks are crowded almost every day. Do we need an economical crash to slow it down? Just thinking out loud more than asking for responses although I’m curious on others thoughts on this...
They will slow when attendance slows. And that hasn't happened. Only way to slow crowds down is to increase prices.

I don't see where it says the renewal discount is eliminated?
