Those using swagbucks ???

At this point, almost nothing credits for me. It's a slow grind and my trip is 3 months away with only 1000 sb in the account right now. May have to just push this one to the side and stick with the other sites. It's a shame, Swagbucks was so good a few years ago.

Has anyone had trouble getting Walmart/Walmart grocery to credit? I put in a ticket and they gave me a "courtesy credit"...I don't think I'm going to risk it again...

Walmart works, but Walmart Grocery is no longer applicable. I submitted a tickets some time ago and this was the reason they gave me. I did not get a courtesy credit, so I'm glad you were able to, that is awesome :-)

Trying to figure out the next best option for getting a Disney GC since you can't get them with a Target GC anymore. I'm a regular Target shopper so it was always so convenient. I want to try Best Buy but I want to make sure I can use a BB gift card to purchase a Disney gift card in store. Am I able to do that? What about Walmart? (Not a Sam's member)

Many use PayPal, but I like Walmart, always easy to convert to a Disney gift card. I know Target and Best Buy do not work. I even bought a Best Buy gift card on My Gift Cards Plus and couldn't use it to buy a PS4 Plus membership because they said it was like a gift card :-(

Good to know, thanks! they're being deceitful though, because the cash back banner pops up when you visit grocery.walmart.com

I wish I could remember how I was able to acquire my PayPal debit card. It is a "business" debit card, but I don't have a business...I have sold 2 things on eBay so maybe that was once considered a "business" by PayPal and somehow qualified me for the card:confused3. I like it because it gives me easy access to my PayPal funds and I can also link it to my online bank account to use for purchases, subject to my bank's limit of only 6 total transactions (which includes deposits and transfers) per month.

Anyways...

I earn 1% cash back whenever I use my PayPal debit MasterCard so I have it "linked" to my online (Ally) bank account. That account is only used for vacation expenses. Today, I went to BestBuy and used my SwagBucks QR code an bought $100 worth of Disney gift cards using my PayPal debit card to pay. The money that I used was earned from SwagBucks (PayPal redemptions that were transferred into the savings account), Ibotta, and Dosh so it was "free" funds. Since BB is at 3% today, I will earn 300 SB on the purchase, a 750 SB bonus, plus another $1 rebate to my PayPal account for using my PayPal debit card....that's an 11.5% PROFIT off of money that was earned for free:thumbsup2

If a PayPal business debit card is available to you, it is a great way to easily access your PayPal funds that you cash out from SwagBucks. It works like an ATM card to easily access cash or it works like a debit (or credit) card if you want to make a purchase with it. Plus, you can earn 1% back on your purchases:goodvibes.

agree...but as they told me, it says "...up to 11% special details apply"
but agree, it isn't very straightforward and the should disable the banner

THANK YOU for reminding me about the 1% thing, I totally forgot about that! I never use that card, I always just transfer it to my checking account and then use my debit card to buy Disney Gift Cards. I should probably just use my PayPal and earn 1% on those purchases!!! Now...tell me about Ally, I don't know much about it, but my interest is peaked and love your idea of having an account specifically for vacation!!!

Ally bank has a savings account that earns around 2% interest (a little over that right now). The down side is that there are no branches or ATM's and the account offers no ATM cards or checks. I can only access the money by transferring money into an account that does have ATM/debit access. I use this account for my plasma earnings. Each time I donate plasma (twice a week), the funds are deposited onto a debit card. I can either make a one-time cash withdrawal with the ATM/debit card, or I can keep the funds on the account. I opt to keep them in the account until I get at least $300. At that point, I can transfer them into another account (my Ally account) without any fees.

I have another Ally account that is a MoneyMarket account. This one earns just under 1% interest but it DOES have ATM/debit access. I have a debit card that I can use to make unlimited ATM withdrawals with, but I am limited to just 6 transfers IN or OUT per month. This account gets $75 every two weeks deposited directly from my paycheck, so that's 2 of the 6 allowable transactions right there.

All total, I have 5 Ally accounts...1 for my plasma earnings, 1 that is strictly for vacation, 1 that is used to pay for our daughters' tuition bills (private school) and then each daughter has a "college fund" that has been getting a bi-weekly deposit since they were born. They are super easy to manage and I cannot say enough great things about their customer service. I've had to spend a lot of time on the phone with them recently (totally my fault...I messed up when I set up my daughters' accounts and I forgot to send them a piece of documentation) and they were very understanding and patient and they managed to get it all resolved.

I also have the Ally Visa card. It earns 1% on all purchases and 2% on gas and groceries. Then, when I redeem the cash back (minimum of $25 to redeem), I get a 10% bonus when I have it directly deposited into one of my Ally accounts. So, basically, every time I hit $25 in rewards, I can have $27.50 deposited into my Ally Vacation account.

As @4Hawks said, no BB gc to gc, but Walmart’s system still allows it for now. I’ve seen sporadic reports of individual Walmart employees not allowing it, but it still works online.

When I search for disney gc at the Walmart website nothing comes up. Did they take them away online?

Thank you guys so much.
It's too bad we were not allowed referrals cause I would have done it. So I was reading on here to save money for disney try this and I did. I have earned about 200 sb a day, I know that will slow down some cause some of that was bounus but I'm ok with 30$ a month for minimal effort.

Can you do 1 Mypoints and 1 Swagbucks a day at Best Buy? I know you can’t double dip on one transaction. I really hate that Mypoints is the same payout but their points are worth less. Best Buy is so far away so I can stomach losing a few bucks since I need gift cards in a short time.
