Brady Bunch House renovation revealed

A couple months back, the real house that was the outside view (only) of the Brady Bunch house was auctioned off. (The interior of the Brady Bunch house, and back yard were TV sets and was never the real inside of that house. In fact, that house wasn't even 2 stories.) There was a big todo about the auction as Lance Bass, of NSYNC, he was told he was the highest bidder. Then a company swooped in at the last minute and out bid him.

That company had the intention of making the inside of the house look like the Brady Bunch house, as we all knew it. They finally completed the renovation. Here it is on Entertainment Tonight:

No clue yet. I think the company just wanted to see if they could do this first. There is speculation that they may resell the house, as is, now. Someone may be interested in living in the retro Brady house. Also, speculation that they may turn it into a Brady "TV show museum and have people visit it. The third speculation was that they could turn it into an Air BnB. Although, I don't know how well that would work. It just takes one group of renters who trash the whole place over a weekend, and that 2 months of work is gone in an instant.

I think they’d make a fortune reselling it. I’m sure there would be lots of people interested in buying it.

I was thinking it would be fun to do a Brady Big Brother show in it and vote them out one by one.

I haven't heard what HGTV plans to do with it. Lance has said that his intentions were to make it look like the tv set on the inside and rent it out as an event space. He wanted people to be able to hold weddings and other gatherings there.
