And the numbers are: Dolphin Operator: 407-934-4000, Swan Operator: 407-934-3000. Typically you will have the best results calling on weekdays, during the day.

I just booked a really great deal through Priceline Express for a room at the Swan the weekend after next for an impromptu trip. We've never stayed here before. I know it says that check-in is at 4 pm, but our flight gets in really early -- at 9:30 am. When we get to the resort, do I go to the check-in desk and let them know I'm there? Will they be able to contact me in any way when the room is ready like at a Disney resort or will I just have to come back at 4 if nothing is available when I arrive? Just trying to get all my ducks in a row so I know what to expect. Thanks for the help!

That's great, Sarah, congratulations.

Yes, check in when you get there. You can leave luggage with bell desk. Check in will text you when your room is ready. Enjoy.

We too arrive that early in a couple weeks and are hoping to get into our room earlier than later. The last two times we arrived that early, the Dolphin has a room within an hour for us but I know it is possible the room won’t be ready yet. We will just go grab brunch and enjoy the resort if not 😊

Okay, so I am getting really confused about booking rooms on points and I seem to keep getting different answers from Marriott. We have ambassador status but my ambassador isn’t a Disney expert or anything so she’s not being much help here. I previously asked about something I read on here - booking a regular room on points and upgrading to a deluxe alcove with connecting double for $200/night. I just want to make sure I’m not confused and I trust all of your answers much more than what I’m getting from Marriott at the moment! First, do you need to book 2 rooms and then pay the $200 to upgrade one of the rooms to the deluxe alcove, or do you really just need to book 1 room? Second, is this only a thing at the Dolphin, or does it work at the Swan too?

I really appreciate any help you all can give! Feeling really frustrated and confused!😕
hi - this is exactly what we do and maybe i originally responded to you. i don't go through marriott though. i first call S/D in house and confirm that this is what i'm going to do. then i book ONE room on points. then i call S/D back and tell them i'm booked and then they upgrade the ONE room to a deluxe alcove with double connecting room for the $200 upcharge fee. marriott has no idea what to do. good luck! i just talked to my husband about downgrading this to just a premium studio but he said no way - it's SO much space and we love it!

Will Coronado Springs transfer luggage to Swan? Swan has no idea and said to ask Disney.

Also any pros or cons to the "Traditional Room" no view category. Other than price.

Can't wait to be back here next weekend for the AP Previews for SWGE...

Wanted to share this since I hadn't seen it before... our last stay back in April I got a special pin for being Platinum and staying here. I think it's a hit or miss thing on if they remember, as we did 3 nights pre cruise at Swan and while they recognized my Platinum status they didn't mention the pin. We did 2 nights post cruise at Dolphin and that is where they gave it to me. It's just a silver Mickey head but it's a cute touch :)

The pro is the price. You might get lucky and get a decent view, but you might not. If view is important to you, I would book a view category. I've stayed in traditional view rooms, and had roof views, and I've been lucky and had an upgrade. I'm not one that particularly cares about view, so book traditional views whenever I can to save some money.

That has not been announced yet for The Cove to have CL offerings.

This is what we currently know: The new hotel with 349 guest rooms, including 151 suites that feature separate working and private spaces, built-in AV system, large conference tables, and other features designed for a collaboration space.
