Honestly, I don't see much changing, after we are outside a 3-6 month window. Maybe, people will be better about handwashing. Maybe more touch pay / app pay options. Buffets on cruise ships might change, but not elsewhere. Restaurants aren't going to want to pay to have extra people on the line scooping for people (and that goes for anything that would cost money, require extra labor like extra cleaning).
Some people will be anti-hand shakes and hugs, but I think the majority of people will have missed that human connection and will be even more touchy feely. Humans are resilient, which is how we made it this far. People will just tell themselves that we just had a pandemic, what are the odds something like that will happen again (I know pandemics don't work that way) and just go back to how things used to be.
