Had a similar issue as previous posters. Started calling at 7 am, after several hundreds of calls when finally got through, it hung up on me after 3.5 hours while I was waiting for the special team. Another hundred calls later, when finally got through again and transferred to the special team, was on hold for 7 hours only just now to be told that the system was down. The cast member said the system was down for the last few hours, but that they only got the advisory around 40 minutes ago. Before I got transferred to the special team both times, I was told there was very limited availability for my category (club level) at Wilderness Lodge and Boardwalk Inn. They couldn’t find anything that was comparable to my specific category - club level deluxe room. Travel dates are 8/24/-9/4. They told me to call back tomorrow.
