Attraction, shop or food service?

And it is more expensive than ever. $2,500+ for 7 nights and a 6 day ticket at Coronado Springs in Feb. But in Disneyland it is $4,400+ for 5 nights and a 4 day ticket at the Grand Californian  I really want to go to Disneyland this fall.

I would think that price is good for 7 nights and park tickets too. how many people was that for

I'm pretty grateful for a little "peace and quiet" too again! :cloud9: Saw your Facebook pictures...adorable grandbabies! :lovestruc

I'll take a wild guess and start with Figment in Imagination. The living room in the upside down section? :tink:
is this from MK?

Sorry! I meant to post this this morning!

$4,400+ was for one room for 5 nights and one 4 day park pass! That's just for me to go for 4 days. :faint:

What no parking lot trams???😱😨 That won't work for me. Hopefully they are back and running when we go, :faint:

Yes Ma'am! One of the things we were saying was "not like Disney". They really don't seem to CARE about their guests! Amanda probably would have driven more but your tired before you even get in the park! HOPEFULLY it's a lack of staff issue but they've been open long enough to hire by now! It's one of many things that are disappointing guests now.☹

And that was the Grand Californian. I could stay at the Disneyland Hotel for $3,425 or Paradise Pier for $2,630 or at the Tropicana on Harbor Blvd. for $1,700.

I'd certainly stay at one of the cheaper options if I really wanted to go! Especially if you're not planning a lot of resort time. You're just sleeping in the room if you're there for the park! That's why we like the Value resorts when it's just David and I...the beds at the Pop were especially comfortable!

Is it from Star Wars land? What is the name of that land? Batuu? Galaxy Far Away? Whatever it is, I've been there a few times now and still don't know so it's not a very catchy name.

It won't surprise you that I feel the opposite of how you feel. :goodvibes:

I enjoy my time at the resort! Some of my favorite moments from my last trip were sitting on the back porch at Old Key West, watching the wildlife in the canal. I take a break every day and go back to the room. I will never stay at a budget resort again.

And the Grand California is literally attached to one of the parks, California Adventure. I love that at Disneyland I don't need a car. No matter where I stay, it's 5-10 minutes to the park.

In DW I have an electric scooter so I park in the "medical overflow" section of the parking lot so parking is never a problem. For the MK, I have breakfast at the Contemporary Resort and then just scoot over to the MK.

But that's why Disney parks are so great. There's something for everyone. All ages. All tastes. Big families. Solo trips. I still can't wait to go back!

"BRIGHT SUNS" (as they say in Batuu) :goodvibes ; CM's LOVE it when your "good morning" greeting is in "their language" :goodvibes.

This crop is not from the Galaxy's Edge part of HS. :tink:

Nope....not surprised. 😁 I think we were on our balcony maybe 5 times the entire trip. My favorite spot was the seating area back of Geyser's Point Bar & Grill by Bay Lake. :lovestruc Sunrises there were awesome. We had the cutest little baby bunny in the area between Boulder Ridge and the main Lodge and lots of ducks and squirrels playing. For us, resort time is NAP TIME :goodvibes and quiet family meals around the kitchen table or enjoying a cool drink at the end of day. If the electric scooters are a medical necessity so be it but they sure do hold up other guests when it comes to loading buses, security and trying to get from one place to another. I came this close _______________________________ to having my foot smashed by one of those suckers 😵; VERY apparent the user was NOT familiar with it and didn't use one on a daily basis; we've seen that on every trip! 🥴 Oh....I won't STOP going to Disney World but I'm not gonna lie about the current service being offered either. It is what it is and I'm not telling friends to expect GREAT service when, at this time, it's not there. I do think the College Program will help with staffing but for now a trip to DW "ain't like it used to be". :tink:
