Remy Passholder Preview

I gave up on holding after 1 hour & 51 minutes. I thought I closed my chat down but this it popped up with someone chatting. I was able to request a slot but he said it was a recovery spot. He stated I would be getting an email in the future with more details. It's been about 2 hours and no email so who knows.
 
A cast member picked up after 3 hours and 20 minutes. He verified my AP status and submitted a request for the date and time I wanted then said it would go to a review committee and I would get an email when it was verified. So now I wait for that.
My issue was that my husband showed up on the registration but not me. We both have APs and have used them multiple times this year. We are linked and sharing plans in MDE but….🤷‍♀️

A review committee? Big yikes. I know someone who got through in the chat (they booked her for the preview) but it's been greyed out on the website and just missing from the app when I look.

Same with me, except I was there and no one else was (only my husband would be going with me, so that's all that matters). I couldn't sit on hold all day an chat is greyed out, so I guess I'll just consider it a loss. It just aggravates me, though. I say I'm letting it go, but for the time being I can't help but continuing to try a few things lol.
 
Rescheduled my trip so now I'm there in Novemember, so I get to ride.

The Ratatouille Ride was one of my favorites at Walt Disney Studios Park.
 
I got the email at 9am. I am having an internet issue that is causing me to often run at half speed (long story). I used my laptop and my iPad trying to get in. Once I got far enough to get the error message everyone was talking about. I just kept starting over and finally got through on my iPad about a half hour ago. There was still availability for five dates in September at that time. I got a spot from 5-6pm on the 28th, which is my check in day for the anniversary trip. I hope everyone who wants a spot is able to get one. :shamrock:
 
My friend has a recovery AP (that has been used/activated) and he had the same issue when trying the link. When he logged in he only saw me and my fiancé (his only friends with APs) but not himself. What a bummer!
 
For those of you dealing with being asked for your passholder # and then getting the message that it is registered with another account, it is not an issue you can fix on your own. You have to call the VIPassholder number. After almost 4 hours on hold the person I am working with said there is nothing I can do on my end and is sending a request for my date and time. If I get it I should see an email in about a week. Good luck to all that are still trying.
 
I finally got a response on chat on the app. I had been waiting about 6 hours. The person asked my preferred day and time. She said she would look into it for me but needs more time. I have no idea what will happen but at least someone is willing to try and help

ETA: We’re all signed up for 9/6 at 4 pm! If anyone else had that issue chat on the app! She said I’d get an email but I took a screen shot of our conversation just in case
