Previous DAK MM events in prior years or the MM events held so far this year?

All of the MM events so far this year filled up very quickly when registration opened for those with a resort reservation. There was a very limited number of spots open when general registration opened.

Limited number, but there were some. I didn't think they filled completely on resort-only day.

Not true. If you look back on these forums they did fill up. I think low 6000s WL was all I saw. People who had issues and called CS ended up too late and it was full.

I stand corrected. I did remember some people were successful on general registration day, but not many.

appreciate all the opinions. we don't live within driving distance of florida so i don't imagine we'll make chasing MMs a habit, but we happen to be nearby that week anyway, so here's hoping.

Glad I'll be back home from my June WDW trip before registration opens for this event. Wasn't looking forward to trying to book while @ WDW using their crappy wifi with limited devices available.

For what it's worth, I was one of the lucky ones who was able to get a general reservation for the May HS event while also being at Disney (was there for the GotG preview; and it was check out day no less). The wifi worked fine for me.

No one has gotten a registration email for the DAK events yet. DVC updated the MM page to include the registration dates. A registration link is not yet available.

We're hoping for the July DAK event. I see that the registration opens 6/28 at 11:00 AM, but when does the email with the link go out, that day or before then?

OOPS, I see the email is supposed to go out the day before on 6/27 I guess I should've read the details before I asked.

Will both my wife and I get emails with links? We are both on the contract but I know when I make the DVC reservations the email only goes to me.

Under the section titled "Know before you register" there's a link to "Read More". When you click that more information shows up including the following paragraph...

"All eligible Members with a Disney Resort hotel reservation on the event date should be on the lookout for an email arriving on June 27, 2022. This email will contain a link to register for the Disney's Animal Kingdom Events."

You can book up to how many people are on your reservation, so if you have all 12 staying under your reservation than yes. If some members have their own reservations, they need to get their own unless I'm mistaken.

No ticket needed, no reservation needed. Time to arrive without ticket and reservation not 100% sure as they have changed times. It used to be 6 p.m. but have heard it possibly has been moved back to 7 p.m. EST.

We have reservations for one of the dates for the AK event and want to take our chances to try for some tickets. of course we will be inn Vancouver on the registration date Will being in Canada affect my ability to try to reserve spots?

I believe it depends on the party times.

Our AK MM entry times were:
2017 - 7 pm entry (9:30-1 am)
2019 - 6 pm entry (9-12 am)

Wow! Those times are much later than I anticipated! I never remembered AK closing that late.
