Rehearsals for Boo to You? Nix the second day parade but have them come rehearse after hours? Doesn't bode well for the parade schedule for the rest of party season, though.
Unless they're going to cut the day time parade I doubt it. If the same dancers were in Festival of Fantasy and Boo to you that would be more than a 12 hour work day. The people who do the parades have to be there several hours early for warm up, costume, and make-up then cool down with a break then start all over for the second parade.

The last day the WDW calendar shows an afternoon parade is September 3. Do they typically add them closer to the start of the month?
I really hope they aren't shuffling entertainment to a paid ticket event. I'd have to take back my assumption that this isn't a cost cutting measure.

Fair. The timing being just as parties start feels like more than coincidence to me. Plus, the amount of confusion that schedule is going to cause only makes sense if they've got a darn good reason for doing it.

Well... Disney's darn good reason is probably different than what we, the guests, would feel is a decent reason. Them figuring out if the cost benefit works for them I'm sure falls under the category of a darm good reason to them...just stinks for us.

If it was exclusively cost cutting, then just go back to one parade every day. That's how it was before, presumably that's their long term plan.

The every other nonsense is going to cause a ton of confusion that their CMS have to handle. There's something more going on here...

Work Underway on Another Roadside Billboard at Disney World

Unlike the Tower of Terror billboard, it’s likely that this DVC billboard will not be demolished. Instead, the billboard is likely receiving a much-needed fresh coat of paint or perhaps other updates. DVC is a money-generating branch of The Walt Disney Company, so it’s likely that Disney will continue to advertise it to guests traveling the roadways of Walt Disney World. Here’s a look at the work!

"The signature Italian Sub is built with layer upon layer of thinly sliced capicola, sopressata, and pepperoni with provolone, arugula, tomato, arugula pesto, and mayonnaise on fresh-baked ciabatta bread."

So, anyone from the North East who had high hopes: they're putting arugula, pesto, and mayo on an Italian Sub. Perhaps a good sandwich, but an Italian sub it not.

Viva la oil, vinegar, and oregano!

I completely agree!!! What is that?!? Mayo?!?! I’m a ham, salami, Provolone, (capicola if I’m feeling crazy!), with vinegar & oregano type of hero girl. 😂 I will be ordering it that way too!! 😎

I mean, I'm not saying it won't be a good sandwich, but no Italian sub comes with pesto on ciabatta. They should have named it something else.

Agree. There are many things in this world that are perfect as-is. Just call it something different and don’t market it to northeastern folks who know the details of an Italian sub.

Also, that thing looks skimpy! True Italian sub is busting at the seam and you can’t close that sucker because it’s so full of meat.

I'm in NJ and they aren't even called subs. Hoagies. They are hoagies.

I'm interested to see how the bagel breakfast sandwiches turn out. It would've been nice to see a pork roll, egg and cheese on an everything bagel but we can't have it all.

South Jersey I presume?? It’s taylor ham up north!! 😜

Yes, but let's not start that here....:rotfl:

I'm also SJ, Philly native, so it's definitely a hoagie to go with my "wudder" ice. But, I'm willing to acknowledge that the phrase that has the most recognition outside of the region is sub. :-)

And, it's pork roll!
