Most Difficult Resorts to Book at 7 Months Out?

In your experience, which resorts and room types have you had the most difficulty booking at the 7 month mark?

All depends on when you go. But, the ones that tend to be hard year round are BW SV studio, BLT SV studio, AKV value and CL rooms, VGF SV studios and CCV studios.

RIV tower and SV studios are leaning that way. 1 bedrooms are easier and so are the larger resorts.

VGC studios, Aulani Hotel Room, and OKW Near HH Grand Villa are a few others that haven't been mentioned that are tough at 7 months. Plenty of others depending on time of year.

I recently secured studios at GF, CC, RR and BLT within 7 months but they were single nights. No BW or BC avail via stalking.

I’ve noticed this year that anything beach club has been very hard to get into. Maybe because it’s a smaller resort...but can usually find something if flexible on resort but beach club always booked solid 7 months out.

Grand Floridian Studios and 2 Bedroom lockoff for obvious reasons. Same goes for Boardwalk because no dedicated 2 bedrooms. Agree that Food&Wine, RunDisney, and Holiday weeks/weekends have low availability.

We’ve owned at BWV for 20 years with a large number of points. It’s definitely become one of the harder resorts to book over the past 5 years, especially if you have a view preference (we are BW View fans all the way) With our kids in their 30’s now we probably don’t need as many points anymore. But don’t want to give them up, to ensure we have as much flexibility at 11 mos as we can.

Anyone have any insight into booking a CCV 1BR for the beginning of December? I know the studios are impossible at 7 months, however the 1BR units seem to hang around for a while.
