I got an email from fidelity saying we are still waiting to hear from rofr. I got so excited when I saw the email thinking it was a decision! They claim it takes 30-45 so we are about halfway through. But I’m expecting to hear hopefully next week based on others here!

One of mine was submitted via Fidelity 12/20 and I'm still waiting... It's aulani and they don't even buy it back so I'm sorta surprised it's taking so long based on how quickly I see others are hearing

You sure they didn’t wait to send it..? I had my Aulani contract sent 9 days after yours and it passed yesterday :X

If you don’t mind, was this on fidelity ? I’ve seen some great deals but few at BCV, your deal has got us searching again even though we have enough points already !

Haha we are in the same boat, we already have enough points at Poly. My plan is to rent out the points at Poly and use the BCV points for the stays where we need home resort priority to stay. I found this contract at Fidelity. All of my resales are from Fidelity actually, now that I think about it.

Thanks, we rented a lot out this year, our gfv went real quick. Just find some of the brokers at fidelity to be hard work!

Kind of seems like they were ranging between between 2.5 -3.5 weeks. but it also kind of seem to be trending towards longer... so possibly!! I'm 1/11. The broker told me it would probably be 30-40 day... not sure if that is just the standard statement that they give everyone though.

One thing that I've learned from these ROFR threads is that Disney doesn't process the ROFR requests in the order that they're sent in. It is annoying when you're still waiting for their decision and other people post their pass/taken even though theirs were submitted after yours. Middle of last year, I had to wait 40 days for mine while many others heard in much less time.
