Hours aren’t listed that far out yet on Disney’s website. Before it was 8am-10:30, probably would expect similar hours.

Is the cinnamon loaf the same as the ridiculously awesome cinnamon thing they used to have???
From the photo, it doesn’t look like it. UGH! DH has been dreaming about the GG cinnamon roll bake for SO long! I’m going to reserve judgment until some reviews but it doesn’t look the same…

This make me wonder if the DVC sales on the 13th of the sorcerer are going sell out so it won’t be available to everyone else when they are supposed to go on sale on 4/20.

I need to buy an AP for my son’s girlfriend I should have bought it back when we got ours before they paused sales but her parents didn’t think she would go with us that often, little did she know how often we go 🤣. Do sales start at midnight when it turns 4/13 or do they start at 6am like dining reservations?

It's hard to tell, because it's in the background and out of focus. It used to be a pull apart in a round skillet. It still looks to be a pull apart but in a rectangular skillet. It's hard to tell if it as moist and with as much frosting and glaze as it used to have.

Harder when you are in early 70's.... But my 6 AM flight next week gets me to Disney before noon, so I can have time in a park before I need sleep or collapse LOL.... but I am also a morning person, so normally get up by 5AM anyway

Same, I'm in work for 7 a.m., so I'm up by 5 every morning. But up, and up and awake enough to drive an hour to the airport are two different things, LOL!

I don't have much choice anymore for flights anyway, since the pandemic our non stop flight choices from BDL to MCO (and back) have whittled down to one a day on Southwest most of the time.

Recipe for Chip's Sticky Bun Bake from Garden Grill (it's straight-up Cinnamon Rolls cut and placed closely together in a 9x13 pan to make a pull-apart bread). Time intensive due to the yeast dough, but delicious! https://disneyparks.disney.go.com/b...n-bake-from-garden-grill-restaurant-at-epcot/

I don’t think so, but has a date to make breakfast and lunch reservations at Akershus been announced? I’m hoping for a lunch in early June!

Walt Disney Imagineering Files Permit to Begin Show Set Installation for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure

Things are moving fast in the bayou, or Frontierland, or whatever section of Magic Kingdom Imagineers will end up calling the area where Splash Mountain used to reside. With work on the exterior of the facade moving along nicely, a recently filed permit shows that work inside the attraction is also taking place. A permit filed this week shows that Walt Disney Imagineering is starting on the next phase of the project – the installation of new sets and scenes for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.

A permit filed by Walt Disney Imagineering lists Icarus Exhibits as the contractor for the “fabrication and installation of show set items”. Icarus Exhibits has previously been listed as the contractor for recent projects such as Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, TRON Lightcycle Run, and the Roundup Rodeo BBQ restaurant in Toy Story Land.

The expiration date on the permit is December 31, 2024. Disney has previously announced that Tiana’s Bayou Adventure would open in late 2024 at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World.

Yea Spirit is finally doing a direct flight from Minneapolis next week.
$44 one way but also 6AM.
Usually do Sun Country which has quite a few, and not too expensive. Delta always has a lot but spendy.

4 Reasons to Get Excited For the 25th Anniversary of Disney’s Animal Kingdom

From special merchandise to nature-themed food and beverage offerings to adventurous in-park experiences, there are so many opportunities to celebrate. Check out these four ways below!

In honor of this milestone, you can show off your love for the park with items from the new Disney’s Animal Kingdom 25th Anniversary collection, available starting April 21 for a limited time at Island Mercantile, Discovery Trading Company and Mombasa Marketplace. 2. Take Your Taste Buds on an Adventure With Commemorative Menu Offerings

What’s a Walt Disney World celebration without some delicious treats? Throughout Earth Month and on the 25th anniversary of Disney’s Animal Kingdom, you can enjoy new food and beverage offerings that celebrate this unique park.

New items debuting throughout Disney’s Animal Kingdom exclusively on April 22 include the Colossal Elephant Roll and the 25th Anniversary Alive with Magic Cupcake. At Tiffins Restaurant, guests can enjoy a 25th Anniversary Dessert Platter, or they can dig into a 25th Anniversary Earth Tart at Tusker House Restaurant.

Additional Earth Month-themed sweets and sips will be available in the park throughout April, like the Bee Hive Mousse Dome and Flamingo Cupcake as well as the Bubbling Pink Lagoon and Viva Gaia Tonic drinks. Fun fact: The Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail Sundae features a white chocolate image of Kejana, one of the beloved gorillas you can see in the park.

All of these items and more can be found in the Disney Eats Earth Month Foodie Guide.

3. Strike a Wild Pose with Friends and Family

Starting April 16, Disney PhotoPass Service will offer photo ops in celebration of Earth Month and the park’s 25th anniversary! You can enjoy special props, Magic Shots and more to celebrate when you visit Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

In the spirit of sustainability, the 25th anniversary sign prop is made completely out of recycled materials, including upcycled sign backers as well as cast member costumes and patches.

4. Explore Commemorative Wilderness Experiences

Adventure is out there at Disney’s Animal Kingdom this month, and as someone who loves to draw, I am most excited about The Animation Experience at Conservation Station. During the month of April, you can learn to draw characters like Dumbo, Terk from “Tarzan,” Crush or Bruce from “Finding Nemo,” Tigger from “Winnie the Pooh” or Simba from “The Lion King”! Adventure doesn’t stop there though; from April 16 to April 23, Wilderness Explorers have the opportunity to earn a special badge by completing a limited-time nature challenge.

To experience the 25th anniversary celebration on April 22 and the rest of the guest-favorite thrills throughout the park, you must have a valid park ticket and a park reservation for Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Also, be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for more exciting information leading up to the 25th anniversary of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park!
