I emailed Garden Grocer this morning, asking if bell services will HOLD the alcohol if customer is not there yet due to travel/flight etc. I also mentioned that some posts have said NO EXCEPTIONS! Their response was: "Yes! we have been delivering with no issues, bell services just advised to make sure the customer is aware they will not deliver to the room and will ask for id when picking up the order." As has been mentioned in other posts, they did say that if there were ANY changes to ANY part of the process, they would notify us prior to delivery date! Fingers crossed!
