What happens if you gain or lose weight? Or get a tattoo or something? And what happens if you don’t pass the test? Fired?

Depends on your role and location. I cant speak for the ships but in the parks if you ve gained weight or are getting too old for any of the face roles you can still keep your fur roles. If you loose a furfriend for whatever reason you can stay as long as you are not entirely disapproved for medical reasons. If the latter you will be offered to transfer to a different (sub) department for a role that does not interfere with your medical restrictions
