When the time comes, what website do I check to see if my deed is recorded for a BRV contract? My only experience so far was with a west coast contract (and I don't even remember where I checked for that either.)

Question - Disney obviously moving fast right now on most of these contracts when it comes to ROFR and loading them. When the Cabins at Fort Wilderness go on sale to the general public on Feb 27th do you think this process will slow down? We are getting ready to send a resale contract out for ROFR. Thanks!

I feel your pain. We waited almost 3 weeks for the sellers to return their closing documents. Now we're waiting on Disney to load our points so we can finally book a trip lol

Having both bought and sold, seems like people selling would like to keep the process moving and get their money as soon as possible! Delaying so long makes no sense.....

I'm in the same boat. I had two resales pass a day apart 2/14 and 2/15 - the later one already has its deed recorded and being processed by Disney...and crickets from the first. Hang in there

Apparently my husband got the closing doc email yesterday (he only just now saw it.) But I haven't gotten mine yet. I emailed the title company so hopefully they can get it sent over for me to sign ASAP. We don't need the points or anything now...I just hate waiting.

Did you have a delayed close? I assume you're non-USA due to how you write your dates, was it the international that took longer? Just curious on why the length.

We are UK based however we had to have a delayed closing to the 02/15/24 because our seller had a vacation in January but it was factored in with the price per point. It's been a very long time and a few days delayed closing hasn't helped!

Heard back from Cammy and she said I should have gotten my email/link when my husband got his. She said she's resend it this morning so I'm just sitting here waiting again....
