AARRGGHH!! whats with the new web site.......

Just went to www.dvcmember.com to get the phone number to call members services and everything has changed!

Its asking for a 'club id' and a 'pin' that I will have received in the mail (no I havent) and to call member services if I havent. But I cant as I cant get the international access number unless I can log in. Talk about chicken and egg!

Can anyone remember the AT&T international access number for calling from the UK?

I'm not asking for member services, got that on the card, just the at&T number

I just logged in and the website is the same it has always been. Is this your first time using it? That may be why. We did have to call MS to get a pin initially.

Here is the AT&T number off the website 0800-013-0011. They have other numbers as well for the UK. If this is not right let me know and I will be happy to look up the others for you.

ms said that it was a database error that lasted 5 mins this morning. all working again

I believe its either one. I had the same thing happen a couple of days ago and I just logged in the same way and it let me in.
