? about discounts

1.When codes come out for both Fl residents and annual passholders are the about the same amount of discount or is one better than the other?

2. If a code comes out for an AP and I don't currently have an AP but will purchase one to get the discount....do you need the AP at the time of booking or can I purchase it afterward and show it upon arrival?

The AP and FL res discounted prices are usually identical and you don't need the AP to make the booking, only at checkin.
