Activities for a 2 yr old at Hilton Head

It has been about 5 years since our last trip to HH. This is the first time for our 2 yr old grandson. Could anyone update me about activities at the resort that he could do. Is he old enough to paint a fish and make a shirt (do they even still offer that?) What other activities are available for a little one to do--- accompanied by his mom?
