AK Jambo 1 bed SAV view - room requests?

Does anyone know where these are located?? Are any of them Arusha Sav? Also, what floor has the best view? Any updates to what animals are on each sav?? Thanks in advance for any input!

All of AKV's Savanna View, Standard View and Value rooms in Jambo House are on the 5th floor. The AKV Club Level rooms are on the 6th floor.

The Savanna View rooms in Jambo House are on the 5th floor on either the Zebra or Kudu trail or alongside the lobby on the Sunset Savanna side. In other words you will be somewhere along the horseshoe or the spurs off of the horseshoe, other than the rooms facing the pool (those are Standard View). The rooms along the Giraffe and Ostrich trails at the front of the resort are Value rooms.

You could be on any of three savannas. If you have a preference for Arusha then ask MS to note that on your reservation.

Jambo is mostly 2BR lock-offs (adjoining 1BR and studio) with the result that you can get a 1BR anywhere on the fifth floor and 80% of the rooms are savanna view. Preferences vary but if you are thinking of a request to make we usually request a view of the Arusha savanna (the one in the middle of the U-shaped building) along Zebra Trail, the name given to the right side of the U. You get good views (which is true in most places in the building) and you also get to face west to see pleasant sunsets but avoid blinding sun in the morning. I never remember names of all the animals but the Jambo savannas have giraffes. Only Pembe at Kidani does not.
