Great pics!! I can't wait to hear about your LSS reception! You looked so pretty, I just love the hair and make-up. Oh, and I really liked the staged exit pics....they looked really cool and a bit different than the ones we usually see from the WP!

Just thought I'd drop in to say your wedding pictures are GORGEOUS!! What a beautiful bride you are!! :) Congratulations to you and your Prince Charming!

I love your Character Guest Sign-in-book! Too cute!!!

Your wedding photos are lovely, looks like you had a wonderful wedding!!!

Our reception was amazing. We wanted to make sure that we were able to enjoy our cocktail hour with our guests, so we did most of our pictures before the ceremony and we only did a few, with the grandparents, after the ceremony. Our bridal party, grandparents, and parents were transported to the Living Seas on a mini bus and my husband and I went in a Limo behind them. It was nice to have the small bit of quiet time before the party to relax and regroup.
When we got to the cocktail hour, we were escorted. When we got inside, our planner, Carol, lined us up to enter. They also had 2 drinks waiting for me, so I could drink something while waiting in line and a bottle of water for my husband.
The DJ was amazing. He did a great job announcing us and played great music. Everyone commented about how great he did.
We had a signature drink with a glow cube. We thought that they would only be for the signature drinks, so when our florist, Elizabeth, told us how many she was going to order, we thought we would be taking a lot home with us. They ended up putting them in the kids drinks and they loved it. We loved it too. The drinks were a huge success. Especially the cubes.

Everyone loved our venue. The guests and especially the kids would sit at the windows and just watched the fish. We did have to tell a couple kids not to play in the sand, but they were good about that.
We set up a kids table with crayons and I made personalized activity books for all the kids. They enjoyed this as well. All of the kids there were under 10.
We decorated with the Little Mermaid in mind.

Here are our table decor.

Here is our guest book/sign in table. We ordered the Little Mermaid stature through our florist. At the end of the reception, she had the box ready so we could just box it up and then we shipped it home.

Our cake was amazing. We choose the Coral Reef cake and I requested a turtle be put on it because I love the turtles in the tank. They also make the cake glow. I don’t know if you can see it, but the cake was all lit up. We were so surprised. We loved it and everyone was amazed at how beautiful it was and how great it fit with the venue. They also thought it tasted good. My Husband really wanted a 4-tier cake, even though we only needed 3, so we had a lot of extra cake, which they boxed up for us and we took back to our room.

The food was amazing. We had the Jiko Seasonal Peach salad, Jiko Filet and the Grilled Chicken Breast with Blackberry Demi. We also offered the Mushroom Lasagna from the Coral Reef restaurant. The food was amazing. One of my husband’s uncles ate the steak that people couldn’t finish. We were a little worried about portion size, but there was definitely enough food.

I LOVE your cake and your decor! I'm a HUGE Little Mermaid fan and I must ask, where did you get all of the figures and such from? Did you rent them from Disney floral??

I want that Ariel statue sooo badly for myself and when we get a house. I just gotta convince DF haha! ;D I told him I'd let him get Pirate Mickey! ;D

We bought them from various ebay sellers. I am so glad that you liked them. Our guests thought they were really cute and we named our tables after them. We may be willing to sell ours if you are interested. I posted some pictures of some of them on one of my earlier posts. Let me know.

April you looked beautiful! Your wedding was beautiful. I LOVE your centerpieces. How big were your figures? I was thinking about doing the same thing but with cinderella. I absolutely LOVE it!!!

Our figurines were between 3 to 5 inches. Each varied in size. Some of the bigger ones were just placed on the table in front of the vase. These were WDCC figurines. Cinderella would be really cute. We bought our figurines off of ebay. It took my husband almost a year to get them all for a good price.

I know that many people do not post too much on their wedding thread after the wedding, but I just had to share.
Jeffery and I have been married for 2 years now and we have a beautiful baby girl. She is 8 months old and just started crawling and pulling herself up. We took her to Disneyland when she was 6 months old. We celebrated our 2 year anniversary and Mother's Day at Club 33 in Disneyland. She was the youngest patron there.
:) We are planning our next trip to Disneyworld, maybe when she is 2 and again for her 4th birthday.

She seemed to really like Cinderella, so we ended up getting her a baby Cinderella stuffed doll and a Cinderella dress.
