BCV report

We just returned from a week at the BCV. We checked in around 2:30 on 8/20 and there was no one in line. CM John checked us in and surprise, our room was ready. We were not disappointed, our room 342 was immaculate.

We were recently at BCV as well. No waiting at check-in, had very friendly CM's, and only had a short wait for the room.

These are good things to hear. We are going back for our 7th trip to BCV the 2nd week of October and your experience is consistent with what we've experienced in the past.
