So I had a skin cancer removed yesterday from my nose. A plastic surgeon did a graft to "fix" the hole that way left. I wasn't surprised that the area around m eyes was discolored today, but I expected more black and blue. The area around my eyes in seriously THIS COLOR. Should I be worried about it, or is that pretty normal? I have never had plastic surgery of any kind.

My son had a very serious tooth abscess many years ago that resulted in severe swelling and a 5 day stay in the hospital. He had a "black eye" that first started out red. Then it went to a bruised look, then yellow etc.

I am no expert but that is what happened with him so I am guessing you are fine and it will start to purple and discolor soon.

Just sent you a PM with a picture so you can see what he looked like.
