Brother Scan and Cut

Hi - Everyone it has been awhile since I have been on. We have been dealing with family health issues. I now have a question though. My dh bought me a Brother Scan and Cut machine for our anniversary. Yeah me, I think. Has anyone had any experience with one? He researched it before purchasing and said it would work with SVG's. Any input would be great. I currently have a cricut, a pazzle, and a cameo.

You register on the canvas site and then you can convert SVG files to the Brother's .FCM files. I haven't converted any files. I do and have used Brother Embroidery machines forever and they're very user friendly. Hoping the Scan n Cut is as well.
