changing names on ressies?

Is there a penalty to change one of the names on a reservation? Not the main person that booked and paid for the cruise, but the second person??

It would depend how close you are to your sailing date. Prior to 60 days there should not be any penalty. I can't help but ask -- since I see you are cruising in 2003 for your Honeymoon-- Did you decide to change Grooms!
