Much more intense. Disney focuses on theming. Sea Worlds coasters are all about thrill. Compare them to most Six Flags coasters. Kracken has large hills, is very fast, and goes upside down 7 times. Manta is a flying coaster where you are flying like Superman down large hills and go upside down. It’s a very unique coaster, but very fun and very intense. Mako is a hyper coaster with huge drops and huge airtime. Expedition Everest is a great ride and can go fast and can be intense (going backwards and the large drop after the yeti scene). Again Sea Worlds coasters are like typical Six Flags or Busch Gardens coasters where the focus is on speed, heights, inversions, and thrills.
As a side note, all three coasters at Sea World are made by the same manufacturer (B&M) which is considered the Cadillac of the coaster world. Very smooth, very comfortable rides.
