DDP: Which Fine/Signature Dining restaurants require 2 TS credits?

The website says: Two Table-Service meals will be redeemed from the dining plan for each person dining at a Fine/Signature Dining experience.

However, they fail to list what these experiences are. Does anyone have a list?

Keep in mind some signature restaurants do not take dining plans at all.

Part of me wishes Disney had taken the 3 years or so with no dining plans to rework the format of the dining plans.... They could have done some things to make both themselves and the customers winners... Instead they more or less stuck to the system they have...
