Different sort of port question

On our anniversary Carnival Cruise, we sometimes bought a bottle of wine or dessert drink for the whole table and the wine list I just skimmed online doesn't seem to have Sauternes. Does anyone know if that's because dessert wines are on a different menu or if the Disney Cruise just doesn't have Sauternes? Also, do they offer any ports for enjoying with dessert?

There is also a premium wine list available at dinner each night and I THINK they may have dessert wines available. I know they have it at Palo (the adults only restaurant) and I'm pretty sure you can get them at Preludes and Sessions/Cadillac Lounge as well.
