Eastern-What is current dining rotation?Get conflicting reports

I've seen different reports on different sites as to what days formal,semi formal, regular rotation menus , best of ,master chefs dinners are. Can any recent eastern cruisers please fill me in. Also which dinner would you suggest we miss for Palo?

formal was sunday
semi-formal was thursday/captain's gala (filet and lobster)
it's a small world dinner was wednesday..this was my least fav menut had our first palo dinner this night.
tuesday was tropicalifragiliticexpialocious menu and tropical nt.
