I have taken adult-only couples trips and I would stay on property. We don't like to stay off property because then someone has to drive or the uber/lyft rides add up - no fun if you want to have any adult beverages- and it's just a hassle. If a resort vibe plus parks and Disney Springs evenings is what you are looking for - there is nothing like having Disney transportation (in non-Covid times) at your fingertips and not having to worry about driving. Some of the two bedroom villas have 3 bathrooms (Kidani for sure), but one couple would have to sleep on the pullout in the family room.... We did that once and the couple stuck out there just paid a less. We liked having a kitchen to share, cook, have drinks on the shared balcony and of course laundry.
