quick question re extended hours…
We will be staying at a Disney hotel and for the extended evening hours at MK and Epcot - do you have to book the relevant park that day to enjoy the extended hours in the evening- or can you just turn up?

Only some hotels include the extended evening hours perk, are you staying at one of those? Full list is here. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/extended-evening/

If so, then you either need a park reservation for the relevant park or a park hopper ticket and have visited the park that you have reserved earlier in the day.
