Well, if they were interviewing 31 peeps for 12 positions, that leaves me out.
What kind of qualifications do you have that they selected you for it?
Kinda bothers me because I dont know why or for what reason I wouldnt have been , at the very least, chosen for an interview.
On top of being a graduating senior, honor student, affilitated with national business and academic fraternities, a veteren of the of the Iraq war, having prior management experience, having my general manager of my resort calling professional recruiting to offer his recommendation, being featured on the Eyes and Ears, The Communicater, and being on the front page of the WDW website and being personally commended by Meg Crofton ( President ) and Kevin Myers ( Vice President of WDW resorts ) during my CP.......
I have no clue what I dont have that others do.
Point in fact, the last 2 PIs that my work had didnt have any prior CP experience, no prior job history ( as this was their first job ) , and overall ended up being a pretty horrible manager. They get their shot, yet others dont.
Please help enlighten me. I still work at Disney, so Ill see the new PIs that come in. Willing to bet they dont even meet the required qualifications posted on the Disney website, just like the last ones didnt.
