It looks great and "one of our own" loved it, giving it 4.5 out of 5 stars:
http://blog.wdwinfo.com/2015/05/17/review-tomorrowland-perfectly-channels-walt-disneys-philosophy/ . I think its positivity and actually having ideas to discuss in a summer blockbuster has turned off a lot of reviewers. And apparently it doesn't have a giant Marvel-like final battle. A number of reviews love it, a number say it is fantastic but flawed.
It is at 67% Fresh on the Tomatometer when Maleficent was a splat at 49% but still made $750 Million!
The official consensus at Rotten Tomatoes says, "Critics Consensus: Ambitious and original enough to be largely forgiven its flaws, Tomorrowland adds another charming chapter to Disney's library of live-action adventures."
Everyone agrees that the visuals are amazing. Almost all agree the acting and characters are good. Many laud the fact that this is a summer blockbuster that is asking people to think. If you are one of those that complain about lack of originality in movies. GO SEE IT!
These folks LOVED it:

"Part Jules Verne, part Apple Store, Bird’s vision of the future is everything you hoped you’d live long enough to see when you were a kid."
"Indeed, if you’re willing to let a few things slide, this is
one of the best family blockbusters in years. Clooney and Robertson (literally) soar, the madcap action always feels grounded and Bird’s world is bursting with visual invention. More importantly, it’s a wholly
original sci-fi that manages to be both savvy and deeply uncynical, offering a bright, white alternative to the dusty, rusty dystopias that plague multiplex screens every summer. "
Empire gives it 4 out of 5 stars!

"'Effortful’, in the most positive sense of the word. Bird and Lindelof have thrown everything they have at this film and, aside from a pause for breath at the end, they’ve made something funny, surprising and packed full of wonder."
Four out of 5 stars from The List:

"Disney's futuristic family adventure is not just solid summer entertainment, but also one of the most forward-thinking films to come out of any major studio. While
George Clooney may have been given top billing, he plays a gracious second fiddle to the film’s female stars
Britt Robertson and Raffey Cassidy. That two young women should drive such a blockbuster is exciting enough, but that their characters are allowed to behave in a fashion traditionally associated with men makes it positively groundbreaking."

"In Robertson’s Casey, the pic also presents one of the year’s strongest female role models, a whip-smart dreamer far too enamored with scientific discovery to ever even consider worrying about romance or her looks."
I like this one from Indiewire that gives it a B+ and is pretty positive:
