Fly Over Canada after cruise (what to do with bags)

If we go to Fly Over Canada after our Alaskan Cruise will the port hold our bags until we're done or is there somewhere else easy and cheap to store them? Our flight is at 3 so we don't have a ton of time and don't want to spend $10 a bag x 11 but would love to go.

A few places nearby charge around $1 bag/hr, closest is Phantom Couriers on Howe Street a couple of blocks from Canada Place. Pan pacific will also store but will be at least around $7/per bag .
