Hi Folks! Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
DH and I spent 2 fabulous weeks in the Canadian Rockies, BC, and Seattle about 5 years ago. That time we flew into Seattle, drove to Banff, did Banff Nat'l Park, Jasper, Lake Louise, etc. The drive was not a ton of fun, but on the way back, we went to Vancouver Island, to a town called Tofino, and it was just majestic. But...I digress
This time, we would probably want to skip the 10+ hour drive, and fly into somewhere closer to Banff, etc. Please forgive my lack of geographic knowledge, but how far from Banff, Jasper, etc is Edmonton? Or Alberta? The flights into Edmonton from Boston seem a bit better. (I'd rather connect through Toronto instead of Seattle ).
So, any tips, suggestions, or advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Debbie
