Groupie?

I use to have a tag on my posts that read "I am a Verandah Man groupie!" Well, DH came in and saw me post and said (I am laughing as I type) "Do you know what a groupie is?" I said "Sure, it's a fan"...He said "Yeah..and then some!" He went on to explain to me exactly what a groupie is. Oh boy! Was I embarrased!! Well, I took it away. Good Lord, if i had known...sigh. Anyway, my apologies to anyone who might have been offended, I truly didn't know the meaning. After all these years! What an idiot!

OK, This is what I thought it meant and I didn't see anything wrong with Dreamer being a VM groupie.

Yep, I just read it, and my heart is broken, even my dear wife of 28 years, would not call herself a groupie for me, but then again, she has to live with me, none of you do, how lucky you all are!!! LOL!!!

Sonya, you're absolutly right! I would never do anything intenionally to insult Andy, Hazel or anyone. That's why I removed the tag when I found out!

Thankfully, Verandah Man didn't sound miffed. I would have hated myself for that!
