Have all the rooms been decorated at Saratoga Springs

Does anybody know if all the rooms have been re-decorated at Saratoga Springs yet??

Also is there an email address direct to the hotel to make a room location request?

You are supposed to make the room requests through MS which you can do on-line at the official site via an email to MS. If they are still on the original schedule for the refurbishment, all the rooms should be done except for some left in the Carousel area. Under that schedule, everything was supposed to be done by early Aug 2013 and Carousel was the last to be done.
