We have pretty close to what you are looking at - 102 points at PVB (direct) and 100 at VGF (resale). As others suggested, I think 50 at Poly will feel light, especially if you want to go every other year as proposed. We have felt our mix really works out well. Enough on each (on alternating years) to get booking priority when needed, but also enough in aggregate to use the 7 month window for bigger trips. In one case we did both - booked a few nights at VGF priority and called at 7 months to add a night with some PVB points. We have not done split stays because I really like to get somewhere and stay put.

It’s been nice having two resorts with two different feels. Also, the addition of the new studios at VGF really help availability that stretches the smaller point contract use relative to when we first bought. Good luck with the search!
