I recall the last time I rented a car in Orlando I also paid additional insurance coverage third party and/or personal injuries. This was on top of the regulat collision and comprehension coverage. I am using a credit card that comes with collision coverage as long as the whole rental is charged on this card and I waive the rental company offer. My question is do I need to take out the additional personal injuries coverage? Thanks.

If you are reallly nervous Call you Car insurance agent
and he/she will confirm that 1 if you use a credit card that
has insurance you need not carry any other insurance, also most
good insurance companys carry a rental insurance as part
of your insurance package, Check with them on this, mine
does it's AAA but when I was with All State they also carried
car rental. So ask.....you may be covered there also..

My credit card company said that when u rent using the vredit card, you do not have to
buy the rental car companies collision damage waiver, the credit card insurance will cover
you.
