How do u get from one park to another?(details inside)

I was wondering how do you get to Universal Studios from one of the Disney Resorts/Hotels without a car?

I beleive soem hotels provide a service that runs daily to Universal. We were told about one the last time we stayed at the GF but missed it from Hotel and never found it from City Walk Orlando.

PS the cab cost us $40 one-way

I believe Mears has a WDW/Universal shuttle that isn't expensive. Tiffany Town Car also does it.
