Is Aulani a bad choice?

First three weeks of June at Aulani is quite a good deal - it overlaps with beginning of summer break for many schools, and the points chart is quite a bit lower than July / August.

For the past 5 years or so, we've used Aulani points to book standard view 1BR in the third week of June at 37 points per night. We don't care for the view since we hang out at the beach and pool anyways. With sleep-around points at SSR, we could maybe get July at 50 points per night. The savings is quite signfiicant

The ability to book 11 months in advance in June at Aulani is almost reason enough to own Aulani points. It’s a great month to visit!
