why do some get a text and some don't? Is it a bug with the text messages? I reserved on the phone with a Disney agent and reserved AKL. Is there something I'll need to do to get the text?
I'm ONE data point. We didn't get a text, even though my CELL PHONE was on our reservation, and our online check in information, the goblins in the system decided to put an old landline on the account info. I had to dig through different profiles to see where the landline was hiding...I found it on the cruise side of things. Go figure...
