I just planned a trip for Mar 8-12. I was looking to see if anything was going on during our days there and found out we're just missing Mardi Gras things. There are entertainers on the 7th and the 13th, but none of the days we are there.
Am I understanding this correctly, that there won't be a parade on the days we are there?
Is Universal decorated at all?
