Mobile food order question

My family all want food from different places. If I Mobile order do I need to bring the phone it was ordered on or can I get someone else to grab it without my phone?

Every time we picked up food we showed our phone. Maybe you could send a screen shot to their phone and they could use that to pick it up.

They usually asked me for the order number, so if you screen shot the "it's ready!" screen and send it to the family member picking up, that would work.

We share screenshots. All you ACTUALLY need is the order numer or the NAME of the person whose app placed the mobile order.

So, if you are placing the orders, whoever picks it up says "Order for (your name)"

I usually read them the number upon pickup. Some places you will need to show the pick up screen, so send a screenshot of the dark purple "it's ready for pickup" screen.

I ordered on my phone and my husband was able to see the mobile order on his phone as he was signed into the app with my account. So you can either make sure everyone is on the same account or share screen shots.

Solid idea, and make sure the app has permission to send notifications so when it's ready, you will know.
