MVMCP - which shows for little ones?

We're doing MVMCP for the first time this Thursday night with a 6 year old and a 2 year old. Which shows should we try to make? My 6 year old is going to hit the rides, but I don't want to miss anything she would enjoy during the shows. We will be at MK all day the next day, so she will have plenty of time to ride then.

We have been the past two years, not this year due to school

My dd's 6 and 8 last year loved (really loved) the "mickey's night before christmas" show at the theater in tomorrow land. We saw it once the first year and twice last year. If you get to the park early they will start you in tomorrowland anyway so its a good idea to just head in and get seats. My girls also loved the belle christmas show in fantasyland. You can see the country bears christmas during the day at mk so don't stress about that one. Don't miss the parade and we LOVED the fireworks show. Don't stress about what you don't see just relax and enjoy the atmosphere, hot coco and take it all in. Like a visit to the parks it can be overwhelming trying to do it all and not enjoying it.

I also noticed on another thread that the MVMCP parade is scheduled to be done on December 5th at 5:00. Since we're going to be in MK this day, should we not try to do the parade and get more rides and shows in and see the parade the next day while we're in MK?
