Need to know best days of week to visit parks

We used to know exactly which days to visit each park but on our last trip we realized that our old plan just wasn't working. I do know to keep out of MK on Saturdays but what is the latest on each parks least busy days? We will be traveling with two very fragile senior citizens, two toddlers and a pregnant DIL so our best chance for survival will be to stay away from the crowds. Our overlapping dates will be ranging from 11/2 - 11/21. Any help will be most appreciated.

What we have found works is:

when staying off site: use the morning after theory: go to a park the day after it was the early entry/magic hour park

when staying onsite off season: early magic hour

when staying onsite in peak/high season: the morning after theory (if we don't want to hop over to another park when the EE park starts getting crowded) or the EE park if we want to hit it and then get out.

We try to go to AK on Saturday and Sundays, they seem to be less crowded then the weekdays.

What has worked for us down here for some time is MGM on Monday
MK Tueday or Wednesday and AK on Thursday.

Hit all three at opening

AK isa "half" day park, so you go back to your room for a break and then hit MGM or MK in the evening.

Knowing the crowds have been more this October then in the past.
