September is a great time to be in Walt Disney World! The weather is great, the parks are starting to quiet down a bit, it's the start of MNSSHP. If you're there at the end of the month, you may even be able to check out the Food & Wine Festival kickoff! Heck, even the love bugs come out to play!

We just got back Sunday night and by Monday afternoon, we were booked for next September! 9/25-10/4/11 at POFQ!

I couldn't agree with you more about Disney World in the month of September!
It's the best time to go. No long lines, good weather, MNSSHP, etc.... It's the best! Have a fun time planning! I know we will!!

I've never been in September, can't wait! We will be staying at POLY and CR, Sept. 22-30. Its gonna be a vacation to remember. Like I told BF who's going too, I don't care if there's a hurricane , rain, it doesn't matter, I'll be at WDW!

I too will be going with my wife and brother september 10-17. Im worried about refurbishments and lack of events because its going to be a slow time.

PS does anyone know if they are going to have the wishes dessert party at that time?

We are DVC and go every September. We just went Sept 17-25, 2010 and had a blast and have been sad that it went by so fast.

We are going to be returning Sept. 10-17, 2011. We are booked at SSR right now but will be calling at our 7 month window and hopefully change it to a 1 br at BWV. My DS9 is excited because he will be 10 on this trip and get to eat off the adult dining plan.

Can't wait for the park hours to come out and start the planning all over again.

Hi there! You can count us in too! It will be me and my DS11. Thinking about staying at the Pop for the first time. We'll be there 9/17 - 9/22/11. And the best part is - after we leave WDW, we're headed on the new Disney Dream cruise ship for the weekend! Woo hoo - can't wait!
